Role-based training means dividing participants according to the work they do and preparing content that matches their tasks. Shared training for the whole company makes sense only for the basic module on capabilities, risks and rules of use, which applies equally to everyone. Beyond that, the paths diverge: the sales team works with preparing offers and summarising communication, administration with documents and emails, production with technical documentation, management with decisions on deployment and with risks. Splitting participants up also allows for smaller groups, in which people aren't afraid to ask questions. A practical limit tends to be company size – in smaller teams, roles merge, but even then it's worth choosing examples from the participants' predominant workload.
