An internal AI community is an informal group of employees who share experience of using tools across departments. It addresses a problem that occurs after every training session – enthusiasm fades, people hit the first obstacle and return to their original ways of working. A functioning community needs three things: a regular short meeting slot, a shared channel for questions and one person who keeps it running. The content should not be lectures but specific demonstrations from colleagues – what worked for whom, what didn't work and what prompt they used. The result is a gradually growing collection of proven practices, which is more valuable to the company than any external material because it is based on its own processes.
