Specific conditions of the call are requirements that apply above and beyond the programme's general rules and relate only to the given call. They determine the range of eligible applicants, the specific eligible activities and expenditure, the minimum and maximum amount of the contribution, the territory of implementation, the project duration, the mandatory annexes, and sometimes also a limit on the number of applications per applicant. It is precisely these conditions that decide whether it makes sense to prepare an application, and they need to be checked first, before the project is even written. A common mistake is to rely on information about a similar call from a previous round, because the conditions change between rounds. Failure to meet even one of them means rejection without any assessment of the quality of the intent.
