Conditions for granting a contribution are requirements that an applicant must meet in order to be awarded the contribution. They are divided into conditions relating to the applicant – legal form, eligibility, good standing, no outstanding debts to the tax office and insurance companies, entry in the Register of Public Sector Partners, absence of a conflict of interest, and not being an undertaking in difficulty – and conditions relating to the project, that is, compliance with the objectives of the call, and the eligibility of the activities, location, and expenditure. The provider verifies some of the conditions itself from public registers, while the rest are demonstrated by documents or by a sworn declaration. Fulfilment is assessed as of a set date and must continue throughout implementation of the project, not only at the time the application is submitted.
