AI Adoption by Employees

AI Adoption by Employees determines the success of a rollout more than the technology does. A common scenario is that a company buys licences, runs a one-off training session, and after six months finds that only three people are using the tool. The causes are usually threefold: people do not see the benefit for their specific work, they fear that automation will eliminate their positions, and they have no time to learn something new alongside their regular tasks. The solution is therefore not more training. What works is openly naming what will happen to the work, involving people in choosing the processes from the start, demonstrations on their own tasks instead of general presentations, dedicated time for trying things out, and an internal ambassador on the team who helps on an ongoing basis. Measure actual usage, not the number of people trained.
