Choosing an AI tool should start with the process, not with comparing tools. First the task it is meant to solve and the success criterion are defined, and only then is a solution sought. When comparing, look at six things. Whether the tool solves your specific task, or is a general-purpose one where you end up doing the work yourself. Where it processes and stores data and whether it uses it for training. How it connects to the systems you already have, since a solution without integration means manual re-entry. The total cost, including usage during operation, not just the monthly fee. The ability to export your data and leave. And the availability of support in the language you use. Test the trial version on real data, not sample data.
