Post-training support

Post-training support is what determines whether the investment in training translates into a change in work practices. Without it, after a few weeks most participants revert to their original methods, because the new approach is initially slower and there is no one to help with the first problem. There are four proven forms of support. A short refresher session after a few weeks, addressing real practical problems, not theory. An available contact person for specific questions, internal or external. Materials in the form of ready-made procedures, not the training presentation. And a place where people share what worked for them. Arrange the support already when ordering the training, not later on, once the enthusiasm has faded.
