AI Academy for Companies

An AI Academy is a long-term educational programme divided into modules, which a company completes over months instead of in a single training session. It makes sense when the goal is to change the way work is done, not just to showcase tools. A typical structure has three levels: a foundation for all employees focused on safe use and company rules, specialist modules for individual departments according to their agenda, and an advanced level for people who will be implementing solutions and helping colleagues. Between modules there is always a period for trying things out in practice, and the next session addresses what did not work. It is worth linking the programme to a register of tools in use and to internal policy, so that training and rules say the same thing. Part of the cost is often eligible for support from educational schemes.
