AI for Contract Analysis searches a document for key provisions – deadlines, termination conditions, penalties, liability for damages, transfer of rights and restrictions – compares them against the company's template, and flags deviations. For companies, this is useful with a large number of standard contracts and for a first check of drafts from the other party, where it reveals obvious non-standard conditions before the document reaches a lawyer. It does not, however, replace legal assessment: the model does not know the business context, case law or the intent of the parties, and in the Slovak legal environment it can get references to legislation wrong. When working with third-party contracts, confidentiality must be in place, since this is sensitive business information.
