The Public Procurement Bulletin is the official place where notices of contracts awarded under the Public Procurement Act are published. For companies, it has two uses. The first is finding contracts, that is, participating in tenders, including those announced by grant recipients. The second, less used, is a competitive overview: results and contracts are also published, so it is possible to find out who wins contracts, at what prices and under what conditions, which is a valuable input when preparing your own bid. For grant recipients, the bulletin is also the place where they publish their own procurements if this obligation applies to them. The office also issues methodological guidelines and decisions that provide a useful interpretation of the rules.
