AI for Technology and Manufacturing is the training of technical teams to use models when working with documentation and procedures. The most practical use is searching extensive manuals and technical standards, translating foreign-language documentation, creating work instructions understandable for operators, fault records and preparing materials for planned maintenance. The training must take the environment into account: some people work without a computer, so access via mobile or tablet and a simple interface needs to be addressed. It is equally important to explain the boundaries – safety procedures, machine settings and technological parameters are taken from verified documentation, not from a generated answer. The result shows up as a reduction in the time spent searching for information. Training should therefore be run directly at the workplace and on the documents technicians actually work with.
