An AI education plan determines who learns what, in what order, and when. A one-off training session for everyone is the most common and least effective approach, because some people can't keep up and others get bored. A proven sequence has three levels: a shared foundation on the capabilities and limits of the tools together with the company's rules, then practical role-based training on the specific tasks of a given department, and finally an advanced layer for those who will implement solutions or help colleagues. There should be a gap between the levels for practical hands-on use. The plan should also include a budget, a way of measuring progress, and a designation of who is responsible for delivering it – without that, it remains a list of good intentions.
