Live streaming is a format in which a company communicates with an audience in real time. Its advantage is immediacy and the ability to answer questions, which builds trust faster than any prepared material. At the same time it forgives less: a technical problem, empty minutes at the start, or an unprepared host cannot be edited out. Prepare a script with a time plan, a backup connection, questions prepared in advance in case the audience stays silent, and a person who monitors the chat instead of the speaker. Announce the date well in advance and remind people of it shortly before the start. Afterwards, turn the recording into standalone content with editing and chapters – most people will watch it later. The number of live viewers tends not to be high and is not the main metric; the recording and the questions asked during the broadcast tend to be more valuable.
