Attachments to the NFP application are documents by which the applicant proves that the conditions of the call are met and that the project is realistic. Their binding list is always part of the call and differs by project type – for investments, project documentation, final permits, proof of ownership or lease of the property and the construction budget are added, while for soft projects it is more likely to be needs analyses, CVs of expert staff and background material on the target group. Financial statements, a sworn declaration and documents for calculating indicators are almost always mandatory. Distinguish two situations: a missing or formally incorrect attachment can be supplemented at the authority's request to remedy it, within a short deadline, usually a few working days, but a substantive failure to meet a condition cannot be remedied. Attachments with a long lead time, especially a building permit and expert opinions, should therefore be secured right after the call is published, not just before the deadline.
