Review and comparison websites

Review and comparison websites are sites where customers compare suppliers, products, and services before making a decision. A presence on them brings three things at once: a link, traffic from people ready to buy, and credibility, because an independent rating carries more weight than a claim on your own website. Equally important is that such sources are frequently cited by language models when recommending suppliers, so an absence there means a zero chance of being recommended. It is worth filling out the profile completely, adding the areas of activity, and actively asking customers for a rating after an order is completed. Reviews must not be created fictitiously or ordered – this is a misleading practice with legal consequences. It is also worth handling a negative rating publicly, since more people read the way you respond than read the complaint itself, and it shapes the impression of the company.
