Project publicity

Project publicity is the set of mandatory information and communication activities through which the recipient makes visible the fact that the project has received support from European Union funds. The scope of the obligations depends on the amount of the contribution and the type of project: the standard is publishing information about the project on the recipient's website and social media, placing a poster of at least A3 format or an electronic display in a visible place, and, for investment projects above the set thresholds, installing a temporary large-format board followed by a permanent one. All outputs must include the EU emblem and a funding statement in line with the Slovakia Programme's design manual. Failure to comply with the publicity rules can lead to a correction of up to three percent of the contribution. Publicity must be documented with photographs and reported in monitoring reports.
