Grants for digital skills fund training for both employees and unemployed people in the areas of working with data, cyber security, using business systems and artificial intelligence tools. The main sources are programmes funded from the European Social Fund Plus, national projects run by labour offices, and schemes focused on digital transformation. Support takes several forms: reimbursement of courses, training vouchers for individuals, or projects in which a company trains its own people and reports the number of graduates. With the project form, attendance sheets, tests and completion certificates must be kept, because these are precisely what demonstrate that the indicator has been met. Given the requirement for employees' AI literacy, this is an area of growing importance. It is also worth companies monitoring the offer of free courses funded from national projects, where the project administration burden disappears entirely.
