Electronic Submission of an Application

Electronic submission of an application is today the standard way of filing an application for a non-repayable financial contribution. The applicant fills in the form in the public part of the ITMS information system and sends it together with the attachments; decisions and requests for supplementation are delivered to the electronic mailbox on the Slovensko.sk portal. Technical prerequisites need to be arranged in advance: an activated electronic mailbox, an ID card with a chip and a security personal code, a card reader, installed signing software, and a valid certificate for a qualified electronic signature. If someone other than the statutory representative acts on behalf of the applicant, they need authorisation granted directly in the system. Submission is tied to an exact closing date and time – once the deadline passes, the system accepts nothing, and missing it is not excused. Filling in the form and uploading bulky attachments takes longer than usually expected, so submit at least a day in advance.
