Microlearning is training broken down into short, self-contained units lasting a few minutes. It is based on the fact that knowledge from a one-off, all-day training session is largely lost within weeks, while a short lesson available at the moment of real need is applied immediately. In companies it takes the form of short videos, single-screen guides, or tips sent at a regular rhythm. For artificial intelligence tools, the format of one use case per lesson works particularly well, supplemented with a verified task that the person tries out right away. It does not replace initial training but builds on it and keeps the topic alive. The condition is that the materials be easily accessible in one place and findable by task, not by date.
