A Company AI Audit is an assessment that determines where deploying artificial intelligence makes sense and whether the company is ready for it. It consists of three perspectives. The first is mapping processes and looking for activities with high repeatability and high time consumption. The second is data maturity – whether the company even has data, in what quality, and whether it is accessible beyond the head of a single person; without this, most proposals remain unfeasible. The third is organisational and legal readiness: who would own the solution, which tools are already being used unofficially, and what restrictions arise from data protection and regulation. The output should not be a list of tools but a list of opportunities ranked by benefit and difficulty, with a cost estimate and a clear proposal for where to start.
