AI for Management

AI training for management has a different goal than training for employees. Leadership does not need to master tools in detail; it needs to be able to decide: where deployment makes sense, what it will cost, what risks it carries, and how the benefit will be verified. The content therefore consists of four areas. The real possibilities and limits of the technology, that is, what AI can reliably do today and what it cannot, so that expectations are realistic. The economics of deployment, including hidden costs of data, integration and maintenance. Regulatory and legal obligations, including accountability for output. And change management, that is, how to introduce tools so that people actually use them. The format tends to be short and intensive, ideally with cases from the same industry and a decision on where the company will start.
