The project team is the people ensuring the management and administration of the project – typically a project manager, a financial manager, a person responsible for public procurement, and an administrative worker. Their wage costs fall among the supporting activities, and most calls set a limit for them expressed as a percentage of the budget or as a maximum hourly rate depending on the position. Some schemes cover them at a flat rate without documenting individual expenses, which considerably simplifies administration. If they are documented individually, the same rules apply as for other wage expenditure: employment contracts or agreements with a defined scope, timesheets with a specific description of activities, and consistency of the sum of working hours across projects. State the composition of the team, including qualifications, already in the application. Notify the provider of any change in staffing during implementation, since the personnel composition tends to be part of the approved application.
