AI in Project Management relieves the burden of administration, which takes up more time than the actual management. There are four most practical uses. Transcribing and summarising meetings with clearly marked agreed tasks, deadlines and responsible persons, which removes the most common source of misunderstandings. Preparing interim reports for the client or management from the status of tasks and minutes. Checking the consistency of documentation, that is, whether the schedule, budget and scope still line up. And flagging risks based on patterns from previous projects, for example tasks with no progress or approaching deadlines. Deciding on priorities and resolving conflicts within the team remains a human responsibility. For projects funded from grants, keep control of what is entered into the tools, since the documentation contains sensitive data.
