An AI Workshop is a format in which participants work on their own tasks under the guidance of a trainer, instead of listening to a lecture. It is suitable when a company already knows it wants to use AI and needs to translate that into practice. A proven structure has four parts: a short introduction covering rules and risks, jointly mapping the tasks participants repeatedly perform, practical work on two or three of them, and a closing summary identifying what each person will try over the coming weeks. The group should be small so the trainer can reach everyone, and its composition should be by department rather than across the whole company, since the tasks need to overlap. The output is not a presentation, but a list of specific procedures and the names of the people who will implement them.
