Updating content for AI has its own cycle and reflects the fact that language models and their sources do not work with the web in real time. A change on a page shows up in answers with a delay that varies by tool, and outdated information about prices, deadlines or conditions can still be cited long after it has been corrected. The practical response is a review plan: determine which pages contain data with limited validity, who checks them and at what interval, and visibly state both the date of the last update and the period for which the data is valid. For major changes, it helps to publish them in other places that the models also draw on as well. It is likewise worth regularly testing what the tools say about the company, and fixing incorrect information before a customer picks it up.
