Handover of responsibilities

Handover of responsibilities is the process by which the previous supplier hands over to the company everything needed to continue the work. This includes access to advertising, analytics, and domain accounts in the position of owner, source files for graphics and videos, texts and templates, an overview of running campaigns and automations, a list of tools used along with their subscriptions, and documentation of settings. Without a contractual anchor, the handover tends to be drawn out and sometimes incomplete, especially if the cooperation ends badly. The scope and deadline of the handover should therefore be agreed already at the start of the cooperation, not when it ends. A practical measure is to keep your own record of access on an ongoing basis and never allow company accounts to be created under the supplier's own accounts. The agreement should also include a reasonable period during which the original supplier is available for questions from the new team.
