Custom AI training is training prepared according to a company's specific processes and agenda, not a universal syllabus. Preparation begins with a short mapping exercise before the training: what tasks individual departments repeatedly carry out, what tools they already use, what data arises from the work, and what constraints apply in terms of data protection. From this, content and exercises are put together based on real company examples, or on anonymised documents. The difference from a standard course is fundamental for more specialised teams – a salesperson, an HR officer and a technician need different things, and a shared training session will satisfy none of them. If a company lacks the capacity to prepare it, it's possible to start with one pilot team and expand the content based on its feedback.
