Retraining in the Recovery and Resilience Plan comprises measures enabling people to acquire skills for a different occupation or to top up the skills their current job requires. They are applied particularly during the shift to green and digital technologies, where demand disappears for some professions and grows for others. Support takes the form of education vouchers, individual learning accounts, or courses paid for through the labour office, with access available to employed people as well, not only the unemployed. For employers, it is an opportunity to top up the team's skills without full payment from their own budget, and at the same time a tool for retaining people whose job content is changing. The relevant institutions publish the offer of accredited courses and the conditions for reimbursement on an ongoing basis.
