Canonical brand answer

A canonical brand answer is a single precise sentence by which a company describes what it does, for whom, and how it differs. Its purpose is practical: when someone asks a language model what your company does, the model assembles the answer from what it finds. If the wording differs across the website, registers, profiles and articles, it assembles its own version, which may be inaccurate or generalised to the point of being indistinguishable from competitors. The solution is boring but effective: choose one sentence, verify that it is both true and understandable without context, and use it verbatim in every location, including the footer, the about section, social media profiles and press releases. Supplement it with two to three specific details that set you apart. Consistency works better than variety here.
