Resistance to change is a natural reaction of employees to the introduction of new tools and procedures. With artificial intelligence it has three main sources: fear of losing one's job, fear that the person will not master the new skill and will appear incompetent, and experience with previous changes that brought only more work. It rarely shows itself openly, more often through quietly not using the tool or through formal compliance without any real change. It helps to openly name what the introduction means for jobs, to involve people in choosing the use cases instead of having them ordered from above, to start with tasks that take unpleasant work off people's hands, and to show early results from colleagues, not from the vendor. A forced change without explanation reliably fails to take hold in operations.
