An AI Meeting Notetaker is a tool that joins an online meeting, creates a transcript, and from it a summary with agreed tasks, deadlines and responsible persons. It is among the deployments with the fastest payback, because minutes are either not taken at all or take someone an hour after every meeting. It also removes a common source of misunderstandings, since agreed matters are recorded the same way for everyone.
