A careers page is the part of a website dedicated to job applicants. Most companies handle it as a list of vacant positions, which is a wasted opportunity, since the candidate arrives with questions that the advertisement does not answer. A usable careers page includes real photographs of the premises and people instead of stock photos, a description of how the selection process works and by when the candidate will learn the result, an introduction to the teams and the specific work, benefits expressed concretely, information about the place of work and the working arrangement, and a simple form without unnecessary fields. Add the option to send a CV even without an open position. From a technical point of view, keep individual positions as separate subpages with their own address, so they are discoverable in search. It also helps to mark up the listing with structured data, thanks to which it can appear in job search results.
