A monitoring prompt set is a fixed list of questions that is run regularly across several models so that a brand's visibility can be tracked over time. How it is put together determines the usability of the whole measurement. The questions must cover the entire funnel – general informational questions, comparison questions of the type which solution suits a given case, questions with constraints such as budget or region, and questions asked directly about the brand. The set must be frozen, because changing the wording of a question makes it impossible to compare with a past measurement; new questions are added as a separate group. Measure at a regular interval, record the full wording of the answer, not just whether you are mentioned, and expect that answers will differ between runs even without any change on your side.
