The agreement on the provision of a non-repayable financial contribution is a legal document concluded between the provider and the successful applicant, by which the applicant becomes a recipient and acquires entitlement to the NFP upon meeting the agreed conditions. The agreement defines the subject and objectives of the project, the maximum amount of the contribution, the financing system, the implementation timetable, measurable indicators and sanction mechanisms. An integral part of it are the general contractual terms (VZP), which regulate in detail the obligations relating to procurement, accounting, inspections, publicity and sustainability. The agreement takes effect on the day following its publication in the Central Register of Contracts. Project changes, for example a shift in the timetable or an adjustment of the budget, are handled by means of a change request and an amendment to the agreement. Thoroughly studying the agreement before signing is the basis for trouble-free implementation of the project.
