How We Launched Regal Burger’s Social Media Accounts
Increase brand awareness and engagement among the target audience through various forms of digital content on social media, a blog, and TikTok.
Challenges
Problémy klienta
The Untapped Potential of “Lovebrand”
It lacked entertaining, relatable content and a behind-the-scenes look.
Random and unsystematic marketing
Without a clear content plan and strategic sections.
Ineffective collaborations with influencers
The client may have tried sending a free burger to an influencer in the past, but the result was just one nice Instagram story.
Weak ties with B2B and corporate clients
Regal Burger locations are often near business centers or in shopping districts.
1. Strategic Content Plan (Content Strategy)
We moved beyond simply posting photos of food and created a clear, consistent, and visually cohesive content strategy.
Recurring content pillars: We introduced fixed weekly formats, such as showcasing new menu items (Burger of the Month), behind-the-scenes content (how our brioche buns are baked), and interactive posts.
Food-porn focus: We elevated the visual identity of our content. Every photo and video was designed to instantly make people crave our food.
2. Influencer Marketing Focused on Conversions
Instead of partnering with random influencers, we carefully selected authentic food lovers—food bloggers as well as well-known personalities with a great sense of humor.
Performance-driven collaborations: Influencers didn’t just pose with a burger. Together, we created genuine reviews, on-camera taste tests (including ASMR-style crispy fries), and exclusive delivery promo codes that allowed us to directly track sales and conversions.
3. Entertaining Short-Form Videos (Reels & TikTok)
As social media algorithms shifted toward video, we focused on creating short, dynamic, and entertaining content.
We leveraged trending memes, popular audio tracks, and viral formats tailored to the food niche.
We recreated relatable moments everyone recognizes—for example, “When your friend takes a bite of your Regal Burger and eats half of it,” or “That feeling when you’re waiting for your food delivery.” The result was a significant increase in organic reach.
4. Viral Contest Campaigns
We moved away from generic “like and share” giveaways and focused on interactive campaigns that encouraged participation.
People guessed the ingredients of a secret burger, tagged their favorite “cheat day” partner, and voted in Instagram Stories for the ultimate burger champion. These activities dramatically boosted engagement rates and attracted hundreds of new organic followers.
5. B2B Partnerships
We connected Regal Burger with the corporate world and other complementary brands.
We launched exclusive offers for employees working in nearby business centers, such as special corporate lunch combos.
We also developed cross-promotional campaigns with lifestyle brands and food delivery platforms, helping us reach entirely new audiences beyond the traditional restaurant market.
